Mr. Martin has lived in Prince George since 1995 after returning from his years away at college, university and working in other parts of Western Canada. He has been married since 1995 and he and his wife have two daughters. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Alberta, a Professional Teaching Certificate from Simon Fraser University, has become a published author, and has taught over 20 different subjects/age levels in his 25+ years of teaching. He became a teacher for the same reasons that he still works in the job - he loved school!
Mr. Martin is currently the Canadian Sport School - Prince George Campus teacher in the afternoons, and is a Distance Learning Teacher with the Central Interior Distance Education School in the mornings.
